Care
Thrives in full sun to partial shade in a sheltered position. Water regularly during the first growing season to establish; once settled, reasonably drought tolerant. Prune lightly after each flush of new growth to encourage further flushes of red foliage and maintain the standard shape. Avoid waterlogged soils. Feed with a balanced slow-release fertiliser in spring.
