Spalding Fish & Chips – One of Today’s Specials – Farm Shop

I always know when it’s Friday when Fiona hands me the menu and the first thing that has been written on the piece of paper is Cod & Chips!

We use a nice piece of cod which we cover in our own beer batter we fry that until it is cooked and nice and golden…. We then serve this with homemade chips (using Picasso), mushy peas and a wedge of Lemon…and of course just ask for the tartar sauce.
